I deliver within the UK. All shop items will be dispatched within 3-5 Business days and for fixed prices. Delivery of custom items will be costed via courier and you will be given options as to which best suit you. Please note, unlike other firms, I do not make any profits from postage and packaging. The direct courier cost quoted is what will be passed onto you. I offer free delivery for all items over £400.

All my products are handcrafted, with great care and attention to detail. That is why if you buy Riviere Woodworks, you will be buying quality.

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your product, I will refund your item if it can be returned in its exact condition and returned in suitable packaging within 10 days of purchase. I am unable to refund the cost of return postage. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase I would ask that you get in touch as quickly as possible. This has never happened to date!

Unfortunately not at present. That will be phase II of my dream! I do attend local markets in the Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire area if you happen to be local.

I craft items from live-edge wood which tends to be more specialist hardwoods and your typical softwoods that you would commonly see in a timber yard. Softwood tends to be a significantly cheaper option, which is why my products vary in price (although all timber is pricey these days!)
