Riviere's range of ash boards are versatile in that they can be used both as charcuterie and chopping boards. Two boards for the price of one! Ash is an aesthetically pleasing wood, with a beige to brown colouring and typically straight grain pattern. It's hardness makes it an ideal choice for a durable chopping board, whist the funky Riviere desgin provides a charcuterie board full of character.
Ash does have relatively large proes, and thus to maintain your board in pristine condition, it is recommended that you reoil with mineral oil on a monthly basis.
This board has been scorched to give a distressed look, and is 605mm length and 165mm width.
