Charcuterie /Chopping Board Small I - Ash

Riviere's range of ash boards are versatile in that they can be used both as charcuterie and chopping boards. Two boards for the price of one! Ash is an aethetically pleasing wood, with a beige to brown colouring and typically straight grain pattern. It's hardness makes it an ideal choice for a durable chopping board, whist the funky Riviere desgin provides a charcturie board full of character.
Ash does have relatively large pores, and thus to maintain your board in pristine condition, it is recommended that you reoil with mineral oil on a monthly basis.
